ABOUT

Chef Anthony Demetre has unveiled a brand-new concept called Bistrot at Wild Honey, alongside his acclaimed Michelin-star restaurant, Wild Honey St James, at the five-star hotel Sofitel London St James.

Previously holding the space of Wild Honey’s bar, the area has been reimagined to create a relaxed neighborhood wine bar and dining offering centered around bistronomy.

DINING

Bistrot at Wild Honey features delectable dishes inspired by French bistro traditions such as classic French onion soup gratinee, house terrine ‘en croute’ quince compote, whole young chicken lacquered with honey and lemon preserve, and a daily changing Plat du Jours. All dishes use the finest seasonal local British produce.

Cinq à sept, where laughter meets dusk.

Join us for our £9 ‘Happy Hour’ special and savour a glass of today’s white or red paired with your choice of ham or cheese croquettes.

Only available from 5PM to 7PM, daily.

WINE SELECTION

Sommelier Joao Castro has expertly curated the wine list which encompasses more than 25 wines, with a strong French influence that will be available by the glass, coravin (carafe), and bottle.
